B3, Melbourne's new large scale dance venue

Brought to you by the team behind the NYD party Let Them Eat Cake and everyone’s new favourite festival Pitch Music & Arts, Novel this morning have announced their plans to bring you a new 5000-person capacity venue, located in Melbourne’s CBD.

With the promise to only host 3 events a year at B3, focusing on maintaining a reputation for quality rather than a dance club that churns out mediocrity, Novel have brought in specialised teams to focus on sound, lighting and booking some of the worlds most sought-after contemporary artists.

With a venue of this size, the duties on ensuring the quality of audio maintains consistency throughout the dance floor, has been trusted in the steady hands of Full Throttle, better known for their work at Rainbow Serpent and Strawberry fields.

Whilst leading the visual charge on this project is none other than the Colour Blind Team, known for their lighting and installation work with events such as Freedom Time, Melbourne Music Week, as well as acclaimed electronic acts like Flight Facilities, Flume, SAFIA and RÜFÜS.
